Graduates

CHt aims to recruit and attract top quality graduates from across the country into a range of roles. We are looking for graduates who are ambitious, positive, team focused and performance driven. They should be able to demonstrate analysis, creativity, judgement, agility and empathy for our graduate management programme.

We recruit graduates onto our structured graduate management programme or straight into roles within their chosen field, depending on qualifications and abilities.

Our graduate programme comprises both on the job training and also a series of formal modules. It is geared towards broadening key management skills and giving access to an extensive range of on-line learning. These accredited training modules have been tailored to support the needs of our business while they develop your technical capabilities, knowledge and personal skills

The Young Guns programme has been developed to provide learning opportunities and expose talented individuals, usually in the early stages of their career, to new avenues of knowledge and experience. It is about intellectual flexibility and engaging in real issues.

Young Guns aims to identify and develop talented individuals with the intellectual capacity, temperament and capacity to take the lead in those projects and programmes important to the future success of the business.

Leaders of Tomorrow

The "Leaders of Tomorrow" Programme is an exciting opportunity targeted at talented senior level staff who have the ability to take on the most challenging leadership roles in our organisation. It is an intensive and stretching programme designed to develop our talented senior managers and leaders into world class leaders. The programme aims to nurture and develop new and innovative ways of thinking and behaving that will enable participants to lead the process of renewal and innovation within our business.

CHt will support employees' development, through professional and academic qualifications. This encompasses study through distance learning, day release, evening classes and block release, depending on the course chosen.
