Laing O'Rourke's Graduate Management Programme (GMP) provides our young talent with the tools and support to progress rapidly in their careers. For more information click here.
The GMP provides valuable on-the-job training from the start, supported by a series of modules designed to enhance and develop key business and personal skills.
The GMP is open to recently qualified graduates from a wide range of degree disciplines. Graduates joining the GMP are expected to have the ability to move up the career ladder quickly.
There are two main routes onto the programme:
- Sponsored students
- Degree students already sponsored by Laing O'Rourke are invited to apply to the programme in the year of their graduation via the on-line application system.
- External applicants
- Recently qualified graduates or students due to graduate can apply to join the graduate management programme using our on-line system. Click here
