Integration with our design team right from the initial stages of a project allows the early identification of cost-effective and innovative solutions throughout the building lifecycle.
Providing and proving design solutions at this early stage within an interactive and collaborative 5D model creates the foundations for the successful completion of a project. This model, which takes into account the three standard dimensions plus time and budget, enables the project team to address upfront key delivery issues in the manufacturing, installation and maintenance stages.
This design delivery model is brought to life in our Collaboration Centre in Dartford, Kent. Utilising advanced imaging technology, the Collaboration Centre allows all project stakeholders to gather together to identify and develop collective solutions to building services design and construction challenges.
Utilising PC Cluster Technology and a large display environment, the Collaboration Centre facilitates visualisation and development of high definition interactive, 3D up to 5D models.

Interactive model environments are now utilised on our projects, amalgamating our services model with the structural and architectural design on to one common platform. This building visualisation fully tests the services integration within the building structure, confirms co-ordination and provides our customers with a virtual model of the finished product before work begins.
The model also generates our manufacturing and record drawings, allows the maximisation and accuracy of modularisation and highlights any safety issues in both installation and operation and maintenance phases.
Our commitment to partnership is underpinned by our Building Constructive Relationships programme.
