Intelligent solutions

Our asset services approach is unique because it applies a lifecycle management discipline to property care. This means a highly-skilled team builds in intelligent performance monitoring solutions at the design stage and then facilitates a seamless transition into the post-construction phase.

Ongoing monitoring and support

Furthermore, because we have this inside knowledge of the building, we are in the best position to maintain it through the control systems - the brains of the building - that we install. Our Asset Performance Monitoring Centre, staffed by specialists, monitor and support on-site teams.

Our asset management service also includes a building dashboard showing a 'business level' view of the status and performance of a building, in addition to access to technical engineering screens. The dashboard brings together business performance metrics such as occupancy rate, footfall and health and safety figures, with variables of the built environment such as CO² footprint and energy consumption. These variables are then compared against industry benchmarks.
